What we collect

To fulfil orders and quotations we collect your name, organisation, e-mail, phone number, GSTIN and delivery and billing addresses, plus the items you order.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure checkout and are never received or stored by us.

How we use it

We use your details only to process, deliver and invoice your order, to answer enquiries, and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

To access, correct or delete your data, write to sales@valence.example. We keep invoices for the period required by tax law.
