Shipping & delivery

Dispatch

In-stock items usually dispatch within 2–4 working days of payment. Items sourced from the manufacturer typically take 7–15 working days; we will tell you if an item takes longer.

Hazardous goods

Flammable, corrosive, toxic and oxidising chemicals travel by surface with approved carriers and in compliant packaging. They cannot be sent by air or to some PIN codes; we will contact you if a shipment is restricted.

Cold-chain items

Media, supplements and reagents marked for 2–8 °C or −20 °C storage are packed with coolants and shipped early in the week to avoid weekend delays.
