Cancellation

You can cancel an order free of charge until it is dispatched. Contact us with your order number.

Returns

For safety and quality reasons chemicals and media cannot be returned once delivered, except when they arrive damaged, leaking, expired or different from what you ordered. Report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.
